Who we are

What the quote form collects

When you send a quote request, we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address (optional), postcode (optional), the service you are interested in, a preferred date (optional) and your message. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and to provide you with a quote. The form is protected by a security check from Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us tell people from automated bots.

We send your enquiry to the business by email. We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records, and then delete them.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us

If you contact us directly, we will receive the information you give us, such as your name, number and the details of the job. We use it to respond to you and to provide the service you ask for. WhatsApp is provided by its own operator and has its own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site, for example which pages are visited and whether people use the call, WhatsApp or quote buttons. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

The site stores your cookie choice in your browser so that we do not keep asking. This does not identify you.

Other services this site uses

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them. The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. The quote form security check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. To do so, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
