End of Tenancy Cleaning in London
Handing back the keys is stressful enough without a long cleaning list on top of it. Our end of tenancy cleaning covers the whole property from top to bottom, so tenants, landlords and letting agents can close out a tenancy with a clean, presentable home.
We clean flats and houses across Greater London and surrounding areas, seven days a week, and we can work around your check-out date. If the property needs a heavier reset first, a deep clean is also available.
What end of tenancy cleaning includes
Every property is different, so we confirm the scope with you when we quote. A typical end of tenancy clean covers:
- Kitchen worktops, sinks, splashbacks and cupboard fronts
- Ovens and hobs, inside and out
- Bathrooms: baths, showers, tiles, taps, basins and toilets
- Bedrooms and living areas, including skirting boards and door frames
- Light switches, door handles and sockets wiped down
- Windows and sills
- Wardrobes, cupboards and shelving wiped inside
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Carpets cleaned on request

How to prepare for your end of tenancy clean
- Remove your belongings and rubbish first. We clean the property rather than clear it.
- Empty and defrost the fridge and freezer, and clear food from cupboards.
- Keep the electricity and water on so we can work.
- Read your tenancy agreement and any check-out report so you know what the landlord or agent expects.
- Point out any marks, stains or problem areas when you book.
- Arrange access, whether you will be there or a key is being left.
End of Tenancy Cleaning FAQs
What does an end of tenancy clean include?
It covers the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, usually including ovens and hobs. Carpets can be added on request. Tell us what the agent or landlord expects when you call and we will confirm the scope in your quote.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not always. Some customers stay for the start and others arrange access. Talk to us about the key and timings when you book.
Is an end of tenancy clean the same as a deep clean?
They overlap, but an end of tenancy clean is built around handing back a property, so it is checked against what a landlord or agent will look for. A deep clean suits a home you are staying in that needs a thorough reset.
Can you clean the carpets too?
Yes, on request. Mention it when you book and we can include carpet cleaning alongside the clean.
Can landlords and letting agents book for several properties?
Landlords and agents are welcome to get in touch. Call or WhatsApp 07891 733987 and tell us about the properties and timings.
